Annette - Office Manager
Annette serves as the office manager. Her primary focus is patient care, including treatment planning and coordinating. She is able to act as your dental concierge, scheduling with both our office and specialists as needed. She also handles human resources, advertising, marketing, and office improvements.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida and her Master's Degree from Nova Southeastern University. She lives in Lake Mary with her husband of 8 years, as well as her cats, Moochie and Lily. She enjoys gourmet cooking, reading, traveling, and shopping.
Abby - Accounts & Billing Manager
Abby's goal is to make our patients feel at home. She primarily handles patient scheduling, treatment planning, and appointment coordination. Her expanded duties include billing, insurance, and patient account management. She has worked with Dr. Petrilli for 5 years, and loves what she does.
Abby earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Stetson University. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree at the University of Central Florida. She lives in Altamonte Springs with her husband, and her pets Taylor, Molly and Cosmo. She cherishes time with family and friends, enjoys scrapbooking, shopping, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
Lisa - Dental Assistant
Lisa has been an assistant to Dr. Petrilli since 2006. Her goal is to make patients feel as comfortable as possible. She also maintains office sterilization protocol and support lab work as needed.
Lisa received her Expanded Function Dental Assistant degree from Orlando VoTech College. When she isn't assisting, she enjoys horseback riding, going to the beach, and spending time with her pets Emmett, Moose and Pistol.
Bernie - Dental Hygienist
Bernie is a valuable part of our team, and has been a dental hygienist with Dr. Petrilli since 1998. Her patient care includes soft tissue management, dental prophylaxis, hygiene education, and scheduling patient recall appointments.
Bernie has her Bachelor of Arts in Dental Hygiene. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. She is also a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry and Blatchford's Dynamic Team Concepts. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography, and cooking.
Victoria - Dental Hygienist
Victoria is also an integral part of our team, and has been a hygienist with Dr. Petrilli since 2006. Her patient care protocol includes dental education, prophylaxis and periodontal treatment, and scheduling patient recalls.
Victoria has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 12 years, and received her Dental Hygiene degree from Valencia Community College. She is happily married with 2 children and 6 grandchildren. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, reading, dancing, hiking, and camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Bekah - Office Assistant
Bekah became a perfect addition to Dr. Petrilli's team in 2008. Her responsibilities include cleaning, filing, stocking, inventory, answering phones, and doing mass mailings. She also assists Dr. Petrilli chairside when needed. Bekah feels as though our team is a second family to her, and loves her job. She is very motivated, and provides a great deal of help to everyone on our team.
She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida. Bekah is originally from Sebring, Florida, but moved to the area to attend college. She really enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, going out on the lake, and relaxing.
